It
is with great
excitement and
expectations, we
present the
second Ridgeback
litter here at
Kennel Adorea!
Our own
primadonna Troja,
Madahiro's
Joyful Lioness
by Gatsby, shall
have her Donjuan,
Hunting Prides
Dodori Dodo
Donjuan. ;-)
Troja is a very
special lady
with a great
personality. She
is a dog that
creeps under
your skin, and
those who
learn
to know her are
all very
fascinated by
her personality.
Troja has a lot
of confidence
and trust fully
and completely
on herself. She
is fearless, has
much courage and
is curious.
Troja is a bitch
with a beautiful
head, good
angulations,
good body
proportions and
a very good step
stride.
She has up to
now 2 CC and has
been awarded
best bitch. She
has also
achieved the
Bronze mark in
obedience and is
good on
tracking.
Troja is a
healthy
Ridgeback. She
comes from a
litter where all
are x-rayed
free.
Donjuan, or
Isack as he is
called daily,
have after
limited showing
already 4 CC and
is well on his
way to the
championtitle.
He has received
good reviews and
pretty much
always been
awarded to CQ.
His biggest
asset is his
excellent bone
(strain) and
powerful build(ing)
with balanced
angles and a
good topline. He
has very good
movement with
powerful steps
stride.
He is a dog that
turns attention
because of the
his
appearance.
His breeder,
Kamilla, says
this about him:
Why I picked him
out already as a
puppy was that
he had an
infinite peace
over them, a
real self
confident guy
from the birth
of, was never
afraid, and
really curious
about
everything. And
then he had the
power and bone
all the way and
stood as a
priest when I
stacked him. In
other words, he
was really in
balance and
harmony, the
whole dog.He has
a good language,
he relies on all
dogs and there
is never trouble
with him no
matter what kind
of dog he meets.
He lives with
two older males,
german pointers,
and they are
really good
friends.
What makes him a
dog out of the
ordinary, it his
amazing,
calm
and steady
temper, which
was demonstrated
to the full
at his MH
(description of
mental he was
involved in)
only 13 months
old.
He scored highly
on the
availability,
playfullness and
sosiality, he
has
the
curiosity that
is so important
for the
Ridgeback and
nothing can
upset him.
This combined
with
Troja's courage,
independent
power to act and
the same
curiosity will
hopefully create
Ridgebacks that
they really
should be;
unafraid,
curious,
accessible and
open.
Troja and Isack
where both
mentally
described the
fall of 08 by
the former
Ridgeback
breeder Bjørn
Erik Frigaard.
Frigaard was so
excited about
Troja and Isack
that he said as
a joke that if
we combined
these two, he
was to consider
Ridgeback again!
They were so
open and
available!
The
pedigree of the
upcoming litter
will include
some of the
mostwinning
Ridgebacks in
Scandinavia and
the USA:

Hunting Pride.
Troja and Donjuan was mated in the 20th and 21th of February. Ultrasound will be taken around the 17th of March.The pups will be delivered with: NKK`s (Norwegian Kennel Club) buyers contract, pedigree, veterinary certification, implanted ID tag as well as follow ups/contact with me as long as the dog lives.
The litter will grow up the living room and that
means a great deal of socializing.
Every pup will get their own page here on Kennel
Adorea so that you can follow their everyday life up to delivery. I hope
the buyers will send many pictures and information about their pups
growing up.
